...If you are or recently have done, how's it going/gone ??

Mine are 3 yrs and a bit, and have been doing DD2 for a few weeks, some success but stacks of pooey pants.

I'm finding it v hard as trying to fit round school run of older child and just more busy with 3 kids, than last time I did my singelton.

I'm much less patient, and less time to hover over her watching for those signs she's about to go.

Am posting this here as it feels potty training twins is v different to doing one. To make it easier (?) I was trying to get girl done first, then do 2nd when first was reliable-- If that ever will happen !??

No advice but I will be in same situation at some point. My twins were only two in January (also b/g) but DD keeps saying she wants to sit on loo or potty and most of the time I just tell her no as I can't face it! I have still not got over the trauma of potty training DS1 last summer from age 3.2 to 3.5!

Both twins love to sit on the potty etc but have never produced anything on it! DD tells me frequently now when she is having a wee and I know I might have to try soon as it's not v fair on her to put it off for my own benefit! Maybe after Easter...

Am also hoping, like you, that I can train DD and then do DS2 a few months later.

I seem to recall the very clever Triplets on the multiples board potty trained her three at 18 months . But maybe I imagined that!

My two have also recently started wanting to wear their big boy/girl pants over their nappies. They look ridiculous but it makes them happy!

Ahhhh at wearing the pants over nappies thing, thats so sweet!

My little girl did that a few months ago, when she was desperately wanting to copy her older sister, and having 100 tanrums a day at the slightest trigger, it worked for us.

Its funny with potty training, cos I'm glad at least I have done it successfully before but On The other hand, i know what a PITA it was just doing one.
ALso i'm gonna really miss all the tricks I used last time that I cant do this time.
Like I used to say "when u have done a wee then we can go out to park" ....
thats not exactly gonna work for the school run is it ??
Or it wont be fair on other twin, waiting also for the good thing.

Oh yes , and I've already tried smarties which she used to kill for ( obsessed with them ) but even their huge charm has waned if to get one she has to sit on potty first !
