Insomnia

hello ladies

I am new to this forum this being my first prgnancy. I am being welcomed to motherhood with identicle twins, which i found out about this week [!!!!!!!!!!!!] and tonight is my first official night of insomnia.

I am 14 weeks gone, more than i thought but have two big healthy live and kicking babies inside of me so thats all that matters.

oh and the headaches, i take it this is related to insomnia?

Hello and congrats! Wow, twins!!!!

Annoyingly the insomnia and headaches can be "normal" BUT if you're in any way concerned talk to your GP or midwife...one of the plus sides of being pregnant is no one thinks you're wasting their time if you go to them with worries such as these....especially when it's your first (probably doubly so with twins!)

I would also reccommend Clipper Organic's Sleep Easy Tea and a warm soak in the bath before bed for the insomnia. Check with your GP about taking paracetamol for the headache.
