Separate Cots?

Our twins are 17 weeks and still in a cotbed together in our room. We're rethinking their sleeping arrangements now though.

Any advice? Should we keep them together in the same bed/room? Is it ok to separate them?

we separated ours at about 4 months I think, when they started kicking each other! THey were in a sep room too, as no room in ours for a cot. They have survived and still share now, at 6yo

Seperated mine from birth, they're G/B twins so they would have been eventually anyways. Had no problems with it. I think they enjoy the space.

My identical boys shared a normal sized cot for 6 weeks in their own room. (not a cot bed and they started looking like they needed more space)They are now 4 and have bunks. Sometimes they sneak in together- top/tails very sweet!
