i have just had a scan and 2 things have come up which have made me mervous.
I have id twin girls in my tummy. One of them has suddenly got a very swollen tummy, miles bigger than the other one. I am worried about TTTS although there was a good amount of fluid swilling around either side of the membrane. The radiographer said she couldn't accurately hear the rate of blood flow in the left twin's cord either to ascertain whether it was normal.
Also they are really tiny - one is in the 3rd percentile and the other in the 7th. Can anyone shed any light on this? have you been in a simuilar situation? i know twins can be small but i'm worried that they are so, so tiny.
I have been told to wait for my midwife to call me to discuss it.

Shabster and triplets and mars and other people who regularly post on here - not sure if you will recognise my name but i have been posting here and there for the last few months whilst pregnant with twins. I just thought would tell you that I had 2 little girls, Sylvia 4lb 2oz and Delilah 4lb 10oz on 13th November here in New Zealand. We were in speciqal care for 10 days but now home into REAL LIFE. I had oplanned a home birth if i went full term but they came a touch early, 35 weeks. Thankfully a v quick labour in the brand new maternity ward in Tauranga hospital where we live. I love our little babies not sure if my son, Dusty (2 years old) is quite so enthusiastic

yay! my parents have arrivewd from the UK for 7 weeks to help us. Bliss. Luckily it's now pretty hot here so we have had the little twin girls in light clothes and have even taken them down to the beach with our son Dusty. Twins ROCK! i feel like a local celebrity

I had identical twin girls last August. One of my scans was also not clear on blood flow so I was sent for a Doppler scan to check all ok.
I would also echo other people's advice to see your consultant - i was lucky and had a great guy, who said I could go to clinic any time I was worried - is this a possibility for you? Ultimately, he / she is the only person who can answer your concerns properly. Do ask questions - and take your partner / husband with you to see the consultant - sometimes I was so worried and it all felt too much to take in that I'd walk out of clinic not remembering what I'd been told.
I'm sure you'll have two wonderful, healthy babies in your arms soon. Best of luck.
