Hi jennyroper Thanks all went really well, thanks for all the advice when I was expecting.

I met with the local head of midwifery who was excellent and went through my birth plan.
She wrote a plan and got the consultant to approve it. I'm so glad I did this, it was so important when I went into hospital.

I had the babies in hospital and was induced at 38 weeks due to Freddie having low fluid.
The birth was 2.5 hours!

I remained mobile and had a couple of sessions for about 10 mins of monitoring but otherwise walked around and used the gas and air.

Freddie was born first head down, his waters went just before he came out, then 9 min later Stanley appeared head first with waters intact.
(at this point everyone stood back)

Both boys breast fed straight away and are still feeding well at 14 weeks.

Now if I could just sort the sleeping out I'd be a happy women .

Hope things all well with you? how are your girls getting on?
