Pazza - survived first week back from hols
Trips: Has given up the drugs and is trying to go cold turkey.
Rubester: Has been sick but is definitely not in the family way??
shabs: as always, quite odd!! tomster is dating an older woman, matty approves!
momma: dts had first birthday,awww...
mars: dts started school!
lg&t: hasnt put her dh down yet
HM: has mostly been going to work, baking bread and running.
Oooggs: still off sick, ds1 started school, db doing somersaults in mummys tummy
Snorris: still lurking and being all domestic (nesting already?)

Girls, please please find me this holiday I need. Again, I want to find a woodland lodge, on a lake for H to fish, cycle tracks, badgers, etc, but...........aprivate sauna for me. If I dont get a break soon I am going to go loco! 5/6 hours from Kent, 4 bedrooms pref as I would like a break from Gladys. Have phoned forestholidays.com but they are fully booked all Oct. Hope if all goes ok with the oncologist on the 9th Oct to squeeze in a week or even midweek breal before half term as then its too expensive, and also we may have to go up to London for appt end Oct/early Nov. I need a treat, and as its our big 30 a/v on the 23rd Sept I cant see us being able to do anything then because of chemo! Help me lovelies

Im not here Im keeping my eye on tom doing a shed load of long multiplication and long division sums. They teach them all these fancy ways of doing both things and - guess what girls - in year 7 they do them the old fashioned way. I am baffling him by saying 'carry the one over.' He keeps saying 'which one and where the crud am I carrying it to and why.' Hate cheeky kids

Trips we have a park about 20 steps away from our front door. There is a bowling green there and a few steps further there is a large puddle where local loonies sit and fish. Only have 2 bedrooms Im afraid but you are welcome to either of them.

Trips how about this one. Looks lovely, has fishing and what looks like a great water parks. 3 bedroom lodge available from 13th oct for 4 nights for £675. Even has a little 'quiet area' at the top for you to escape Gladys . Only 3 beds, but maybe you and Becca could share?

Will keep looking.

Or this one. They can't do a week, but I've only searched the first week after H's appt on 9th, so they might have something later on - it's a bit cheaper than the other one, and possibly a slightly shorter drive. Again, only 3 beds though.

Ooooh trips, what about this one - it has a private sauna (the last one only had a private hot tub . It's available for the week from sat 11th oct and is only £425!!

BTW, should just add disclaimer, that I am not an agent for hoseasons . I've never been on a hoseasons hol, but these cabins do look nice!
