Holiday packing with multiples

Hey! Im off on holiday in a few weeks to Europe with nearly 3 year old twin boys and a 6 year old.
Can anyone help with a packing list, mainly looking for ideas to get through the flight and travel but any holiday essentials too please

What will the weather be like where you’re going?

We did France (flying) over the summer with just turned 4 year old twins and 7 year old.

We took the following toys-

• collapsible bucket and spade each
• pool toys (sinkies).
• some small indoors toys for when needing to get out the sun and for use in restaurants, these were all taken in hand luggage for use on the plane too- sticker and colouring books, whiteboards and pens, travel magnetic tiles (they loved these), Uno, dobble, small jigsaws.

Additional things which maybe useful to pack in suitcases-

• portable blackout blind
• Swim belts for the younger 2 as although they can swim I wasn't confident having my eyes on all 3 in the water at the same time. Plus Google's for all.
• Small picnic blanket for the beach
• Sandfree beach towels for all were great as hardly took any space and dried really quick
• We took trunki booster car seats for all (your 3 year olds maybe too small for these)
• Managed to pack 2 scooters into the case too- these were so useful to get around.
• Didn't bother with a pushchair as we had the scooters and we no longer have one anyway!

The flight - toys and colouring as above and tablets with headphones (the twins share a tablet and have a headphone splitter so the can both hear and watch together.) Lots of easy snacks- cereal bars, yo yos, raisins. And a lollipop for take off/landing.

Be aware of how much you take as you need to be carrying it etc. So we had a rucksack each (each of the children had their own rucksack) for the flight. Then checked in 3 large suitcases and 1 small suitcase (so 2 suitcases to push per adult) and 3 booster car seats - the trunki boosters have straps which slide over the handles of the suitcase.

What type of holiday will it be @Whatwudyoudo1?

Dress them all in matching bright tops eg red or orange, for travelling- makes it easier to spot if one of them gets lost or runs off.

I used the same tactic for soft play centres, it does help
