Hi I need help. I am 14 weeks pregnant with twins but one twin is smaller and measure 12 weeks 5 days with less fluid. Has anyone had twins where the measurements were similar. Did the smaller twin eventually die?
my smaller twin has exomphalos and they’ve advised to terminate that twin or both twins. 😢

Unfortunately I had triplets, one was measuring behind it turned out they had TTS and i lost all 3 at 21 weeks. you could see how things play out. So sorry op xx

I had twins and one measured smaller throughout. I think the estimate was a full lb at one point. I had very regular monitoring for ttts. Fortnightly scans from 14 weeks. They were born at 36 weeks with just a 6 ounce difference though. The smaller twin had a lot of health issues when she was little and even now at age 11 is often floored by stuff her more robust sister can shake off.
