They didnt - so I sent up their sunday dinner with my mum and dad who also took them enough stuff to fill their freezer!!

Em just rang and asked if I would go up for the morning cause Danny starts back at work tomorow. I cant wait - I think she will be ok when Dan goes back to work - he is smothering her and 'over helping' if there is such a thing. Im going to ask her if there is a job that is driving her mad that she cant get to do. She is a really tidy person and my son isint - I think he was spoiled

It is like a February day here Rubes. Strong winds, rained all day and really cold. Roll on Saturday. xxxx

Hello Ruby 'n' Shabs. Steer clear - I smell like a kipper! We've been incinerating. Chopped down half the jungle garden and then wondered what to do with the leftovers, dragged the incinerator out of the bushes and got down and dirty smoky. How's yous?

accordiongirl · 22/06/2008 22:09

Opps RRR, hope my smoke didn't spoil your washing...

triplets · 22/06/2008 22:10

Shag this shag that.....oh evening ladies, I have just sat down, a physical and mental wreck, how on earth we thought we could have gone to Hertfordshire and back today for the christening I dont know. H had a bad night with Gladys, lots of extra washing!! So I have done "his" jobs today plus mine, plus get the terrors ready for tomorrow, sunday roast, showers, hair wash and I think I have a broken tooth! We are off to Cornwall in the morning...................no......I need a wee, when are we stopping, I am hungry, I am bored, can I have my Nintendo, when are we going to get there?:O I know you will all have heard it a thousand times! Chucked them into their beds at 8.30pm all still wide eyed and legless! Shabs, what a touching post last night..............................................................this is now 40 mins later.........dont ask!
Shabs, I am the one who counts her blessings that that first letter from Bolton came through my letter box, in fact I still have it!

Me and DH have discussed starting saving as soon as we come home. Going to try, if we can, to take Dan and Em and Lewis with us next year. It may get complicated because Tom will be in high school so we have to observe the 'no holidays' during term time stupidity. Also it will be too hot for Lew if we go in July. Maybe try to go when the resort opens in May. All a bit 'pie in the sky' at the moment.

Takis (hotel owner) has said we can have two of the two bedroom bungalows (they are beautiful) for the same price as two studio apartments. He is a treasure because they are treble the price of an ordinary room. They have a proper kitchen, living room, bathroom, etc etc. He is so proud of his bungalows.

We are, I think, going to try to pay for the flights and rooms - just tell them to try and get some spends together.

Takis is delighted that we may be taking them - he said on email just now. 'Ah Papoose e Ya Ya (Grandad and Grandma) I welcome your family, all your family to my home. I look after you very well.

shabster · 22/06/2008 22:14

Hiya trips - would love to know what I wrote in that

Great day then ????

triplets · 22/06/2008 22:14

I like bungalows

shabster · 22/06/2008 22:17

Sure we could add another one - they have about 8!!!! Amazing meet up or what????

brucelovesfrumpygrumpy · 22/06/2008 22:17

Thank you Momma NICE tent darling, so big and with its own shagpile!!!! I brought black jacks and cola cubes........

Did I say, I'm taking the DTs to see The Wiggles tomorrow! Should be fun. I have always adored the twinkle in Anthony's eyes and as for Captain Feathersword.........he can show me his stern and shove me up on the pirate ship anytime [innocent]

triplets · 22/06/2008 22:18

Fanbloodytastic............I stayed in bed until 10pm, H brought me tea and toast, came down to find kids all washed and dressed, sitting room hoovered, kitchen cleaned, floor washed, ironing done, hammock put up in the garden for me, kids made us lunch, watched an old movie on the sofa with a bag of nuts.....................
