5 kids, aged 10 and under

Has anyone any experience of having 5 kids aged 10 and under as a single parent? Youngest 2 kids are twins. How do you make it work, do you have extra help?

I had 5 Children ages 7 and under. My Husband walked out on me when I was 6 Months pregnant with the fifth Child (He did return when baby was 3 Months old only to go again when she was 7yrs old) The only way I got through it all was because my parents lived nextdoor. My only siblings, a Sister lived opposite me.

My Children are now 22,21,20,17 and 15 and honestly it all seems like a haze of how the years have gone by.
Mostly I am mentally and physically exhausted from bringing up 5 Children as a single parent. But so grateful to my Parents and Sister for being there for me. Do you have any support op? What things would you like help with in real life. Maybe you can find a Surestart Centre, like the previous person said.
