I had a scan the other but come home and lots of people saying whats that in the sac next to it looks like little legs or something can anyone help me with this please ?

That is likely a fibroid

It's not within your uterus so very unlikely to be another fetus, could be your bladder, ovary or like pp mentioned fibroid.
