I'm lost.....long ago, when they changed the format, I clicked the button that said "keep MN classic" so I still view everything in blue and newest post first etc etc. My emoticons look exactly the same as always........ Are you girls on the modern version of MN maybe???

MarsLadyInChains · 30/05/2008 16:49

click control F5 fg... but don't blame me!

brucelovesfrumpygrumpy · 30/05/2008 16:51

I ain't clicking nothing hen! I like what I see atm and I bet I could never get back again!!!! I've had a look and I can't see the "classic" button anymore......... the old version is so much easier on the eyes. Ocassionally if I logout I come in to the black version and its weirdy to me.

MarsLadyInChains · 30/05/2008 16:52

there's a black version?

lol

brucelovesfrumpygrumpy · 30/05/2008 16:53

found it, its next to active convos, the "customize talk board". They are like teenagers and genitals....can't leave things alone!!!!

brucelovesfrumpygrumpy · 30/05/2008 16:54

I was like you fg, still living in the good old days

millie1 · 30/05/2008 16:59

Hi Everyone ... think I've only ever posted on the D'ya ever thread once before.

Our twin daughters were delivered by elective c-section last Thursday. Huge surprise getting two girls as we had fully expected boys! Twin 1 weighed 7lb2oz and Twin 2 6lb6oz. Twin 1 has a head of black hair and Twin 2 is strawberry blonde ... chalk and cheese! They're doing really well.

Breastfeeding is going well although T2 has a tonguetie and latching on is proving challenging at times ... DS2 was also tongue-tied so at least I've some experience of it. Am trying to feed them togethere where possible which is good and having T1 on one side helps T2 on the other IYSWM. Nighttimes are party-time! Last ngiht it wsa nearly 3am before both were settled but it's early days.

Section itself was great but recovery was much more difficult this time (3rd section) and very sore. Got home Monday and every day is better than the last .

Now it's just a noisy and busy household!

brucelovesfrumpygrumpy · 30/05/2008 17:00

Oh I need to staple my lip. I so want to splurge a whole lot of rant on another thread and I'm so not going to. Some people........

And I don't use this face very often but it makes me

MarsLadyInChains · 30/05/2008 17:00

Congratuations mille! I remember you!

Now... tongue tie. Are you going to get it snipped?

MarsLadyInChains · 30/05/2008 17:01

you can't leave it like that FG.... tell more!

oooggs · 30/05/2008 17:04

congratulations millie - of course we remember you (may get my children muddled tho' [ wink ])(sorry new emotions are crap)

what did you call your delightful new bundles?

brucelovesfrumpygrumpy · 30/05/2008 17:05

I can't leave someone in trouble

and then snore, snore, snore

I'm buggering off for the moment because frankly its boring and unhelpful.

brucelovesfrumpygrumpy · 30/05/2008 17:06

I'm not flouncing

If I was going to flounce, you'd really know about it

I do have naked twins awaiting a bath.......

millie1 · 30/05/2008 17:07

Mars ... we searched high and low to get DS2's snipped - the length and breadth of Ireland but no-one will do it. It has stretched now and he can poke his tongue out quite nicely . Asked in hospital re snipping DD's and they don't do it. Know midwives used to do it with their little nail years ago but ....

Any suggestions?

iamdingdong · 30/05/2008 17:58

congrats to millie great weights too!
