midwifes/hv's who come round once and say things like 'they are doing fine ... but they should really be feeding for longer/more frequently/differently' really make me

i have to be stern with myself and not listen to criticism ... and tell myself we may not be doing everything perfectly but the girls are mostly happy and we're doing it a little bit better each week (even if sometimes it's one step forward two steps back)

DH is trying to sort out our summer trip to see his folks in Germany and my gran in Switzerland - but we are currently feeling murderous towards each other so it's a bit silly planning a jolly holiday!!!
