Possible ID twins?

Hiya
I had an ultrasound at 6 weeks at my EPU because of cramping and spotting & suspected ectopic. Scan pic attached, the ultrasound only lasted a few minutes the tech pointed out baby and it’s heartbeat then checked ovaries too and that was that. I got this pic and I’m pretty sure I can see a second baby/ ‘diamond ring’ which they say they look for early on, up at the top.

Anyone else see it and if you’ve had identical twins had a similar early scan? Am I just imagining it? Could it be a shadow?

I have another scan next week so will update!

I'm no expert at looking at scans but my first scan at almost 7 weeks was very clearly twins and the person doing the scan immediately said I can see 2 heartbeats. They were identical.

This is is my scan which is quite clear as 2.

That looks like my single pregnancies and nothing like my identical twins. They were able to see two heartbeats quickly. I think you’re just having one.

If it was twins they would of have told you but it looks nothing like any of my twins scans

I’m current pregnant with mono di twins (identical) and had an early scan at 7 weeks ( attached). In my case the sonographer could tell straight away they were twins and also that they were sharing a placenta so were mono di. Xx
