Twins?

Following a ectopic pregnancy in December and right tube removal, I found out I was pregnant last week and have being seen by early pregnancy.I am 5 weeks 1 day. Theres 2 sacs but the nurse didn’t seem to mention the second one said it could be a sac or could be fluid and didn’t focus on it. Has anyone else ever had this?

I had a blood sac next to my baby. It came up like that on your scan. I was passing blood but it was brown so was old blood and they told me it the sac getting smaller and should go by week 12.

I mean it could be twins but 5 weeks is a bit early to determine that maybe?

Yes was back for a scan on Sunday and 2nd sac is completely empty but the other one has embryo with a heartbeat. Could have being a second pregnancy sac but they can’t say for sure. Early pregnancy nurse said the empty sac should absorb

Congratulations on getting PG, especially so soon after your Ectopic PG
