Momma... can't make my body move. 2 back to back labours have done for me. I wouldn't mind but they were my mid and late April clients. I still have my March clients to go (and that could be at any time... so I ought to be in bed... but am praying they don't go before next week).

Trips how funny would it be if we were both in our 70's by then Nikos, the beautiful one, would be around 40 and I could then say to him - 'Do you know how old I am??' 'Come on love make an old lady very happy!!'

We could go down Bar Street, Faliraki with our zimmer frames with Union Jack flags on, and whistles and disco stuff adorning them. Ha Ha - how wonderful - maybe we could even get arrested

I like this virtual planet of Mumsnet much more than real life

shaztwins1 · 20/03/2008 22:58

lol shabs i have a box of kleenex at the ready an a bottle of wine
nite momma

shabster · 20/03/2008 23:00

Aw Rubes dont be sorry - I did warn you

I was glad you asked - it makes me focus on things and (without the aid of much alcohol tonight) actually say the bad things right out loud.

Thanks for listening to me - you can all back away from the dam now - I have gathered my bobos and will be just fine. Till the next time.........

shabster · 20/03/2008 23:04

Oh rubester - come back, I promise I wont be serious any more.

Survivors you and me Shabs, lokk, here we are, despite all the tears, both in our prime, still running up to school gates, whilst others half our age are driving there! And of course we are forever being told how young we look by that man with the nice dog and white stick

OP posts:
triplets · 20/03/2008 23:07

Jeez, how many spelling mistakes tonight have I made, who is dyslexic?

shabster · 20/03/2008 23:08

Shazzer - ta for the offer of snot rags tissues - I have my apple juice on the desk but thank you for the offer of wine.

Trips - when in Faliraki you have to do a dance that goes like this:- Big fish (arms like a fisherman describing the catch of the day) little fish (arms like the size of the fish they really caught) cardboard box (do the shape of a cardboard box with your hands)

Now, do it really quickly to the very loud beat of some house type music. Thats it Trips - Big fish, little fish, cardboard box.

Just watch how Shazzer is doing it shes one of the young 'uns on here. Now practice every day and wiggle your bum - my bum(s) are shaking as we speak.
