Hello, I got twins 2 girls they both are teething at the minute not sleeping much anything I can do?

Depend on age but liquid anbesol over the counter if over 5 months I swear by it actually soaks into their gums rather than the gel or granules that just slip off and they swallow, again depending on age but frozen frubes / breast milk ice lollies to chew on

They are 11 months 2 weeks old just not getting any sleep at all with them.

Ibruprofen is better for dental pain than paracetamol, so I'd try a dose of that before their last milk.

Have you tried giving them some things to chew on during the day like chunks of cool cucumber, a frozen banana or even a cold, clean, wet flannel?

Yea I got ibuprofen aswell they got teething toys with gel in I put them in the freezer
