No fetal movement in a day and a half

29 weeks with twins. Had scan last Wednesday. Went perfect. Heartbeat great, size great ect. However I haven't had movement in a day and a half since yesterday. Going to ring midwife first thing tomorrow to get in for a check.

Somethings terribly wrong isn't it? This can't be normal.

I am also mummy to and angel and there a few places of support I would like to recommend to you, for when you feel ready.

Twins Trust: they have a dedicated bereavement support service

Tommy’s: online support group

Sands: online support groups, but also have face to face area groups too.

Aching Arms bears: if you haven’t been given one already at hospital, this charity give out free comfort bears to parents of angels. Each bear is donated by a family who have also experienced loss and each bear is dedicated in the name of their angel. I’ve donated several bears in my sons name, I am also in touch with the angel mummy of the bear that was donated to me.

Parents of Twinless Twins: on Facebook and there will be parents there who will understand exactly what you are going through.

Sorry to overload you with information but please consider reaching out to any of those services for support when you feel you need it. The loss of a child is a grief and pain like no other, and I’m so so incredibly sorry that you are going through this. Sending you love and strength to you and your fighting twin. 💙💙
