Twin Pram

Hello, pregnant with DC2&3 so looking for a twin pram.

DS will be 3 so a buggy board is good for him.

I'm struggling to find a decent pram that has separate carrycots to the seat unit. I don't like the carrycots that then convert into the seat. Ideally I want one in front of the other so that rules out a bugaboo.

Any prams you have that you find good?

TIA.

Most tandem strollers such as the Uppababy Vista or Nuna Demi Grow have the option to add two carrycots and I don't think either convert to the seat unit. I'd think carefully about if a side by side model is better though. It's bigger and wider, but there are tradeoffs to be made in a tandem model. One baby will be less accessible. A front loading tandem (like the Vista) will feel very heavy and unwieldy to steer and tip. A rear loading tandem like the Demi Grow will be far more manoeuvrable, but you lose the basket.

Thank you. All things to think about. I need the basket space. Mainly need one in front of the other for public transport as we have one car that DH uses through out the week. We don't use public transport that much in all honesty but just incase we had to.

I have the silver cross double decker And it was great as I have narrow doorways and found that side by side just doesn't fit through many shop doors.
It does get heavy though and I've moved mine into a lightweight side by side joie now they are over 1
