Childcare costs feeling alone

I have twins and I quit work to be at home with them.

Before I got pregnant, I lost a well paid job and with it a lot of confidence. Jobs are hard to come by where we live (husband's job is here) so I went to work in a low paid job that was difficult.

Fast forward nearly 3 years and I want a good career. My confidence and self
esteem is back. We'll get help when they turn 3.

Is it too late to achieve a good professional wage? I'm 33. I'll have to retrain but I already have a bachelors.

My friends don't have this cost of childcare issue. It would've been double my wage to stay in work 🙈. Feeling alone in this also.

No absolutely not although have to say, the help at 3 is a help but not usually as much as you think.
