3 year old shouting when talking?

3 year old DD has been shouting a lot when talking the past few weeks, I was wondering whether I should take her to the gp? Could it be that her ears need syringing out?
Anyone experienced this before?

Speak to your HV, she might be able to refer DD to audiology. It's highly unlikely that they will syringe a 3 year olds ears.

Try ear drops before going to see your GP. If their ears are blocked with wax, the drops will soften the wax.
