Hi all. One of my girls (Identical twins 6 weeks old) has had a rash develop over the last couple of days on her face it looks like acne really very small red spots in clusters and some have white heads. Some of it feels a bit dry too and red/ inflamed it doesn’t seem to be bothering her though.
I don’t feel like it’s something I should visit the Gp for but thought I’d give it a few days to clear up. Photo attached
Does anyone have any experience of this or know what it might be and if there’s anything I can do to help?
