Oh lucky you. I'm 3 and a half years after my single and I can't safely go in the trampoline without wearing pads.

Oh well done!!!

I have 2 children, 20 months apart. The youngest is now 20 months. When she was about 9 months I did a trampoline exercise class... I was EXTREMELY glad I had put a pad on, holy shit it was like the floodgates opened after about 15 mins.

I can do normal bouncing nowadays but I have yet to go back to the class 😂😂
