Hi,

I've heard that the eligibility rules for this change with a multiple birth. I'm finding the gov.uk pages a bit woolly in their info. Anybody able to summarise? I've gathered that you may be eligible if you already have a child and a subsequent birth is a multiple, but I can't work out the exact benefit rules. I doubt we'll be eligible as we don't get any benefits and wouldn't really be classed as low income, but I'm curious and maybe somebody reading this might benefit.

Sounds like I'm in a similar situation to you, I don't claim benefits but the criteria aren't that clear as to whether you can automatically claim if you already have a child.
