DH and I just found out we're expecting triplets!! Conceived naturally and we already have 4 yr old DD so a complete and utter shock and i'm now sg myself! Anyone got any tips for coping with pregnancy and then triplets? Trying to stay excited at this point and not stress too much but OMFG honestly dont know how I will cope?!

My first bit of advice to you is to let it sink in. There'll be tears and panic, but it will calm down. The most important thing you can do is listen to your body - ready when you're tired, eat when you're hungry etc. Sounds simplistic, I know. Most of all, congratulations to you. My triplets were born at 33wks2days , like you they were spontaneous. They're now 15 1/2.

How exciting!! Congratulations!

Think of names to overcome the panic. Enjoy the excitement...there will be loads to worry about later.

So exciting, many congratulations to you. Maybe go to one of the tamba parenting sessions, we went to one in Reading, it was very cheap, and the 3hour session was done by parents of multiples. Lots of families with triplets, really useful practical advice about birth, routines, coping with the stress etc etc. We have twins and I was really impressed by the ladies with triplets, it was very reassuring but honest too. They run every few months, maybe check out the website for tamba/give them a ring xxx

Congratulations! We found out last year we were having triplets ( naturally conceived and also with a 4 year old) complete shock we were in to begin with but excitement takes over. We had regular scans and check ups. I always read that taking it easy and not over doing things was the way to go but then I read that when pregnant do whatever your body is used to. I carried on as normal. I went into labour at 30 was and had a c section

We had 3 identical boys born in October, they were in neonatal for 5wks. When they got home we kept them on the same routine and fed them in the same order in their cot ( we have one cot upstairs and one downstairs)

I will post more when I think of more things that might help.
