My bg twins are almost 8 weeks (adjusted age 5 weeks). My DD is still fairly small at 7lb 12 whilst my DS is 10lb 4. They both drink about 5oz of milk every 4 hours throughout the day however recently my DD has started going 6-8 hours between feeds at night. Bliss... Except my DS is deciding to have 4-5 oz every 3-4 hours still throughout the night!

Anyone else's twins do this, one sleeping through and one not?

It sounds like they're doing really well to me. Mine woke every 2 hours for a long time - not necessarily at the same time. They won't necessarily follow exactly the same routine and it's normal for babies to be waking to feed in the night at such a young age.

Yup, 'fraid so. No.2 started sleeping beautifully at about 11 weeks.

And then at about four months, they both slept through, for three nights. It was wondrous!

But on the fourth night the one who'd been sleeping through woke up at two. And the same on the fifth night, and the sixth...

She finally took to sleeping again around seven months.

You are doing really well! Mine were on two hours to begin with as also small. They are 14 weeks now and only go 4 hours at night so I would just keep doing what you are doing and twin 2 will catch up at some point.

Not a twin but my small DD (4 pounds) ate very two/three hours until six months...
