Morning girls xx

Ewwwww Cats....Chops they look at you, they stare deep into your eyes. Not in a waggy tailed dog way - oh no, more like an angry Rotweiller way and they really, really dont need humans!!! Chelles cat is also a 'get out of the house and wander around' kind of cat - she only does it so I will be sitting in the house hoping she comes home within the next 5 hours!!!!

triplets · 19/09/2014 08:49

Thick fog..........yuk! Up at 6.30am got dd off to college by 7.20am. Two boys back from paper rounds by 7.25am fresh pancakes for both, one out the door to school at 8.10am the other off to the train station at 8.25am for work experience! Dk just getting up! Days are mighty longggggggg! Yes we all miss FG, like you Chops she was always there for me, love her to bits. I think she does keep in touch with some of our oldies on here, don`t mean that in a rude way!! Just would like to know that life is being kind to her. FG Thanks xx

triplets · 19/09/2014 08:56

Shabs, my life would be dull and empty without my cat Molly, always had cats, love them to bits, so nice to sit and stroke when you are stressed, they are honestly!

They look beautiful Trips BUT Chelles cat is like a stroppy teenager - AND she stares at me while flicking her tail about. When she first got her she jumped from the worktop in the kitchen onto my back. Never been so close to wetting myself with fear!!! AND she is a real turncoat.....when I go up to feed her she will purr all around me and be nice to me - the minute Chelle is back she will drop me like a stone and stare at me again!!! LOL

Chopstheduck · 19/09/2014 09:47

they are absolutely gorgeous looking...but then so are bengal tigers WinkGrin

I don't like the aloofness of cats. I had one for a short while, expecting a lovely affectionate one like the cat we had when I was a child. He was HORRID! He was a food thief, he shat everywhere, and he only ever demonstrated affection when he wanted food. I just resented him enormously. I had hoped he would be better as he got older and calmed down (and got neutered) but he ran off before we had chance to find out!

MultipleMama · 19/09/2014 14:37

I love cats but I love dogs more.

This gentleman is the love of my life, well besides DH.

So Scotland voted no...

A few things happened today; dad called to say his the SS are having a meeting on Monday to discuss changing DB's name. Ivan is home and according to Petrov "the worst patient ever!"

... and K got sent out of class for calling a girl a "dummkopf" when teacher asked why, he replied "because she is, and she's a meany person". I have no idea how to handle this! I just told him it was wrong to be unkind to people even mean people and that he had to face the consquences which is losing TV time tonight. Should I have been less harsh or done something else?

School also want to talk to me Monday morning because A is still not interacting with the class and has become more withdrawen which I don't understand because when you ask her what she did today she tells me and when asked if she enjoyed it she says yes...

Dya ever wonder what happened to Sat morning lie ins? Woken at 6.20am by first sons alarm, second alarm goes off at 6.25am, third alarm at 6.30am. Both boys out the door, snuggle back down, buzz buzz buzz......alarm kicks off again...........fly into their pit of a room and search for device, dropped down under bunk beds. Fiddle pressing everything to turn it off. Head downstairs for cuppa as now wide awake. Bare foot I then step on something cold and soft by the back door...............scream..........bloody dead frog! Ill kill that cat..........yes Shabs I said it Shock

shabbs · 20/09/2014 10:17

Ewwwww Trips - I have just come back from my first visit of the day cat sitting. She is a stroppy cow - piggin' cat!!! She prowled around me meowing - not cause she is hungry or anything - just cause Im not Chelle.

She then disappeared so I have come back home to tidy my own house, go and visit Mum and then go back to the cat!!!! Have never owned one and dont know what to do - they are so haughty and aloof.....hurry home Chelle!!!

bubby64 · 20/09/2014 11:17

Rubes!!!! - lovely to "see" you, come and see us soon. i only post about once a week, as i just dont have the time any more
Shabbs- I love my dogs, and I like the cats, they are more Mikes passion than dh or mine, but I am really upset that my favorite cat Rosie has gone missing again, its been over 3 weeks now and I'm now losing hope of her coming backSad Sad
I'm so pleased for you friend Chelle, she always sounds like a brilliant lady
Mama - I'm glad you had a day to yourself, I hope everything is ok with blue As results, and no, you weren't to harsh on he needs to understand what he said was wrong, and I hope you get some more info from your meeting with the school over A.
Soks - I have had experience of a PTA run by one family, and it was hell, I'm glad your committee made that ruling.
Trips - I get dead birds, mice, and all manner of eviscerated small mammals left in my conservatory, which is one reason why I am not so keen on the cats!
Chops -

bubby64 · 20/09/2014 11:42

sorry! pressed "send" before I was ready!
Chops- had you had a bad week?
we have had an up and down week here, M had a major paddy over something silly again, and ended up breaking Js bed (don't even ask how he did it, as I am still not sureConfused ), but, on the other hand, he has picked up 17, yes, 17! positive points at school in the short while he has been back, where as Js behaviour at home has been better, but he has had another run in with his despised language teacher from last year, who he unfortunately has again for French this year. She has already given him 2 negatives, 1 for forgetting his text book, and one for getting 6 /10 for an oral test (most unfair I think), which has wiped out his positives he had gained, and it has got him very down. He has a different teacher for german, and is now doing really well in this, so it shows how its the teacher not the subject who is the problem.
To end it all, I had a massive migraine start on Thursday at work, and had to come home, and then it stayed yesterday so I couldn't work, its still hovering in the background now. I think if I had come home when it first started at 3pm, I might have got it under control, but I had so much to do I tried to go on, until my head felt it was about to explode and my face had a droop to one sideSad

Chopstheduck · 20/09/2014 19:11

nah, bubby, just exhausting! Back to training hard, lots of swimming planned over winter, hoping to be ready for triathlons next season.

Your week sounds horrendous, hope your poor head is better now, and M settles down soon.

triplets · 20/09/2014 21:35

and I am feeling positively miserable and fed up, no rows.......just fed up. Dds room needs the ceiling and walls all cleaning before we (I) can paint it, went into her at 11am and sat on her bed and very nicely asked her if she would like to go to Homebase to choose her paint. She just looked at me like I was something she had trodden in, was sooo rude I just walked out. Boys have driven me mad, one just lying around all day literally, then playing his electric guitar full bloody blast, the other one had two mates round, took over the garden fixing bb guns, for over three hours. Dk disappears to his allotment for a nice quiet afternoon. I spent from 5.30pm -6.30pm making all homemade Chinese, had to ask someone to set the table for me, by 7.15pm they are back in their rooms, dk is watching the telly and I am clearing up, bloody 8pm before I sat down . By which time dk has some boring boring programme on about planets, Saturday bloody night............I could scream today. Everything has got me down. When his prog finished he then puts the friggin news on, its on 24/7........so I asked to watch Cilla I had recorded, he put it on then rattled his bloody newspaper all the way through it............so I am in bed, fed up. What happened to Sat nights, used to get home from work, grab supper, quick wash, change and out to the town with mates.............bloody good old days and I miss them!! Rant over......... amen!

My PiLs are mad, like crazily bonkers! When to theirs with the intention of eating a lovely, scrumpious food only to turn up and find both of them covered in floor, various bowls filled with stuff around the house, and we'd been roped in as testers for her new treat recipes. She did make us sandwiches though... The kids had so much fun "helping" them.

Morning lovely sunny day here by the seaside :) 36 years ago today I walked down the aisle..............as my Dad would say....."you wouldn`t get that for murder" :o

triplets · 23/09/2014 08:07

Yes Soks do........I highly recommend it :o

Chopstheduck · 23/09/2014 09:22

Morning ladies.

My lazy little sods keep ramming everything into their drawers because they can't be bothered to put things away properly. They have now broken a THIRD set of drawers beyond repair. I'm now off to pick up some steel shelving off of eBay, and I'm going to put all their clothes in labelled boxes! GrinGrin

If that works, I'm gonna paint it and actually make it look nice. We shall see!

shabbs · 23/09/2014 10:24

MultipleMama · 23/09/2014 11:52

Today has been crazy and stressful. I'm being referred to a fetal medicine specialist but according to my records I should have been seen within 4 days of my 20 week scan, not at 24 weeks (next week). A complete c**k-up on their part but they've now got me in on Friday on a cancellation appointment. Argh!

So tired today, so DH sent me up to have a bath and sleep while he deals with the DC.

How you lovely ladies, doing? x

OP posts:
triplets · 24/09/2014 22:28

is that something they do in Germany Mama, or do we do it here? What is a foetal medicine specialist? Extremely tired tonight, trying to clean the walls and ceiling in madams room, glue and blue tack everywhere, even on the artex ceiling.......aaghhhhhh! Night all..........zzz.......zzzzz....zzzzzzz

Knock knock can I come in , I have gifts WineBrewCake
Hi I'm slightly and I have 18wk id girls, I'm also the owner of dd1 9yrs (with the attitude of a 16yr old) dd2 (free spirit) and ds 4yrs old (if he doesn't stop shouting at me will soon be moving into the shed) there's also dh and my shadow of a lab.
I live in a tiny village that's a cross between league of gentlemen and hot fuzz and I'm desperate to move.

I'm lucky enough to be one of those people who attracts problems and there isn't a wk goes by where there isn't a drama, this wks was a house move falling through and the rampaging husband of the woman I found had embezzled rather a lot of money from the local nursery. Love my life Confused
