Hello, I was wondering if you kind ladies could help my very dear friend has found out she is expecting triplets, she would like a travel system for them. But it seems impossible to find! Does anyone know stockists for this kind of product?

She would probably be better with a sling and a double.

Yes I thought that to, but she really wants a triple and she hasn't got the strongest back!

Hi Cookie, her best bet would be an ABC adventure buggy triple - it's a double buggy with an extra seat that clips onto the handlebar, to face the parent.
I had so many different buggies with my triplets, but the ABC was amazing.
I think slings and a double are fine occasionally, but I personally think that you need a triple buggy so that you can pop all 3 in a buggy and go, without having to think about the sling and having one of them attached to you constantly.
Also, the mountain buggy company used to do a double carrycot - i.e. just one huge carrycot, that fitted onto the double frame - the carrycot is huge and can easily fit 3 babies for a good few months. If she can find one second hand it would definitely be worth having that as a second buggy for the first few months if she wants babies in a carrycot.

Ok I spoke to her about the Abc and she likes it which is good.

Do the mountain company still do the carrycot or would she have to buy it second hand?

Where can my friend buy the ABC?

Would she want to buy the ABC second hand, as they're pretty expensive brand new. As we bought ours a few years ago, you couldn't buy it new in the UK; luckily we have a relative in NZ and so they were happy to order it and ship it over to us at our own expense as it was much cheaper.
There are quite a few ABC's on eBay, again. Alternatively, the gobubba website (from ABC) will ship to the UK. As far as I can see, unless she is happy with 2nd hand, it would need to be shipped from NZ.

This is the link for the Mountain buggy website. It says that you can't buy it, and I can't seem to find it new anywhere else. We bought ours new, but if I'm honest, carrycots are only ever used for a few months with teeny babies - rather than buggies which can be owned for years and have messy, dirty toddlers in? There are a few on eBay (not sure if I'm allowed to link) that look in brill condition, and a good price too.

I've linked to a few on ebay but she's going new!

The ABC 3rd seat can be used from birth.
