s-i-l pg with twins

My s-i-l is pregnant with twins.She has a little boy 3.She has had some issues with depression.At her scan one of the twins has some health problems.Really worried for her.Havetold her about mn.Anyone out there who is in similar situation or can offer support.I dont live near but willing to help if i can and if she wants it any advice

i have had health probs myself when preg and twice a v high risk of still birth, but not had twins. maybe TAMBA (think they have a web chat board).

Ive got twins a boy and girl (2) dd is still under the hospital, she has slight developmental delay, she stopped breathing on me when she was 4months old, she had to have a camera down her throat and they found that two flaps either side of her voice box were too tight so they cut them.
But my ds is fine he was took off the hospital ages ago!

Wrinklytum does the hospital know what problems the baby will have? or will they have to wait till it is born?

My teins are 2.5 and also still under the hospital
