My twins are 10 weeks old and were 6 weeks premature. I've been exclusively BF but now want to get them on the bottle and get them in a routine as we don't have one. At the moment they feed 2/3 hourly depending on how long they last. They are wide awake from 7-10pm and then sleep for 4hrs. Ideally I'd like them asleep then. Any suggestions on a feeding schedule and tips on how to get them into a routine would be much appreciated! X
