Just wondered how many of you conceived your twins through IUI?

We are about to start our first round and have been told there is a risk of multiple births. Was wondering how common this was?

I had 2 failed IUI's. If I remember correctly they can only put the sperm in if there is only one big follicle.

I think, but it was a while ago now that I had to stop because either none were big enough or too many were big.

I had four IUI attempts (2 natural and 2 stimulated). On the 4th attempt I had one lead follicle and two smaller ones! I gave birth to twin boys 4 weeks ago! I think the chance of multiples probably increases if you are stimulating ( I injected ) x. Don't let it put you off - I gave my boys the nickname bogof when I was pregnant (my dp hated it heehee) x good luck x
