Getting rid of pushchair

When did you get rid of your double/ triple etc pushchair?
We haven't used ours for ages. The last twice we took it out twins sat in it for about 3 secs and dd1 enjoyed it more than they did!
Twins are 4 in December.

Oooh, that's an interesting questions. We're just thinking about that too.

Twins are 2.6 and hubby is hinting at getting rid of the pushchair as it takes up the entire boot space but I'm reluctant.

I suppose I'd be more keen when I know they don't need it to nap in on days out etc.

Singletons get the benefit of a buggy board to use with their subsequently LO's but we're definitely not having any more! Anyone got any solutions to this situation?

I hadn't thought we'd need it til their 4 but if they're still napping during the day then we may well keep it.

If you aren't using it then no point in keeping it. It depends on your lifestyle and the kids themselves.

Mine are 3 in October and I was going to stop using it gradually from then. I still have the school run to do twice a day on foot though so we may be a little way off yet!

Mine are just 2, we've ditched it when I'm out with DH or someone else, if I'm on my own I still have school runs / shopping etc so still have it for that and not sure when I can get rid of it. They are just so heavy now and its uphill to the school.

Mine are 4 this month, have used the double 3 times this year I think. But use the single one quite a bit and will keep doing so for a while. It makes life easier, and I'm all for that with twins!

The last time we attempted to use ours was when they were 3 because we knew we would be out late (for them) and it was a mile walk home. They didn't use it and it has gone to the tip because we discovered it was beyond repair anyway. The last time they would have used it would be between 2yrs 6 - 9 months.
