Easyjet and double buggy

We're planning a trip up to a wedding in Scotland in September when our twins will be just over 5 months old. We will have to take our double buggy, which is a mountain buggy duet, so not that small when folded. Does anyone have any experience of this flying with easy jet, and how does it work?

I've just found this info on the travel section on here, and on the easyjet website!

We have recently returned from holiday with our 10 month old twins. The flights were fine (easyjet & Ryanair), but the airports were really hard work. If we did it again we'd take babybjorn style carriers for the boys and probably put the pushchair in the hold - I expected the pushchair to be ready and waiting at the other end when we got off the plane, but we didn't get it back until the luggage carousel, which was after passing through a very busy passport control. There were also loads of stairs in the airports and not many lifts, not easy with two babies, hand luggage and a pushchair.

Thankfully, all the other passengers were very helpful and we received so many offers of help up and down stairs etc etc.
