I have 6 month old twins - little boy came out of hospital after bronchilitis last week. Since then he hasnt wanted to sleep in his own cot, only in bed with us. Its been a week but as soon as he puts his head in the cot he wakes up screaming.

Any advice????

My boy twin spends more time in our bed than his sisters, always has. I have been putting him in his own bed then making space for him when he comes in to us. Unless he's a major wiggler why not let him sleep with you for a while but keep trying him in his own bed.

Have you tried warming the cot first with a hot water bottle? Don't ever let a baby sleep with a hot water bottle of course, but making sure you're not putting a warm baby into a cold cot can help them settle. Or pop a sweaty t shirt on the radiator/in the dryer and let him snuggle that as he goes in the cot. Hope that helps! X
