Triple buggy

Hi, I have 23 month old twins and a Dd who is 7 months. Up until now when i have been out on my own I have managed to use my double buggy and sling but it is becoming increasingly difficult! I have been looking at triple buggy's and like the look of the T3 but my husband thinks the ABC would be better. Does anyone have any experience / words of wisdom? Many thanks

Hello :)
I have 2.6 year old triplets so have had my fair share of triples! (And quads!)
My favourites are the Peg perego triple - its a tandem buggy, and each seat is lovely and padded. It sounds like it would be a nightmare to steer, but the handle bar is actually a steering wheel for the front 2 wheels (if that makes sense?) so it makes it quite easy to push.
It wasn't the nicest looking buggy, but quite practical and brilliant being a tandem - paths are all very small near us and a side-by-side wasn't always possible.
When the triplets were babies we had the mountain buggy triple - it was the first buggy we got as you could have 3 carrycots on it. It was absolutely brilliant for woodland walks, or walks to the beach - 3 wheels made it pretty easy to push. Only downside was the width - depending on where you live, this may not be an issue.
We then heard about the ABC buggy and was the perfect solution - we have a double with a single seat on top. Is a fantastic buggy! We wished that we had heard about the ABC in the beginning as we have bought many expensive triples that are a nightmare. There are some really good videos of the ABC in action on YouTube - clearly shows how well they clip together and work. Is not a cheap buggy, but we knew that we would get a lot of use out of it. Sometimes they are on eBay, unfortunately when we were buying ours there were none on, and so had to buy it full price - like I said though, it is more than worth the money.
Steer well clear of any umbrella fold triples - they are virtually impossible to push.. waste of £300 too.
Anything that looks even slightly flimsy, will be - and will be impossible to push!
Good luck!

I have heard the T3 with the seat over the front wheels is a nightmare to steer and get up kerbs due to the weight being over the third wheel. We have ebayed an Abc everest triple from ebay, and love it so far, though no action reviews as my twins have 6.5 weeks cooking left (its for them and my 17 month old). The family we bought from raved about it. Great resale on the ABC too from watching several on eBay

Many thanks to you all for taking the time to reply - it seems a big thumbs up for the ABC!
