Hi ladies, we'll its been a while since I have been on here. My old user name was gruesome foursome but I forgot my password so had to re register lol.
My dts are now almost nine and we have had behavioural problems with Jamie since he was about two and a half years old and i had hooked that as he got older things would improve.
Unfortunately this has not been the case and things have gone from bad to worse with him. His behaviour at school has improved immensly as he recieves full funding which has enabled him to get extra teaching support although he still throws the occasional. Tantrum and still has an of day but at home he is unbearable, his attitude is awful, the way that he speaks to others and responds to the slightest request has now got to the point where I could cry.
He screams, he shouts, he will throw things and will then burst into tears and say he is an idiot or that he is stupid if yiu try and speak to him. I have tried reward charts, time outs and chastising him and nithing at all seems to be working and I just don't know what else to do. I am waiting to have a meeting with the local 0=16 camhs team for the third time in the hopes that they can offer some help.
What can you advise????
Sarah
