If they wake looking hungry, I'd feed them
My DTs are 15 months now, but I do remember the early days. I breast fed, but basically spent three months on a nappy-feed-settle rotation that took 2 to 2.5 hours to do an started every 2.5 to 3 hours (measured start to start).
I know where you are and it is so so hard, but those little ones are so young and need whatever they need whenever they need it. At the moment, it is your job to pander to those needs and supply them all as quickly as you can possibly manage. It does ease off, I promise. I noticed an improvement at 6 weeks, and then huge changes at 8 weeks, 12 weeks and 16 weeks. By 16 weeks you'll have got it sorted and feel in control again, I promise.
Do you have a local twins club? I found mine through the TAMBA website, and the other mums there have been an inspiration. They're 4/6/8 months or more ahead of me and can reassure me that everything is just a passing phase. They've lent me equipment, given me clothes and taken me to the pub. I recommend you find your local club, even if it means travelling a bit!
Good luck and keep going. My twins hold hands and play together
now - i promise it does get better and in many ways you're more fortunate than mums of one
