Would love to know how much the iCandy Pear costs and where I can buy one.

Thank you!

Where do you live? The iCandy website should give stockists. I think the twin ones are around £1000 (with carry cots etc).

I had the iCandy Cherry for dd1 and loved it so really wanted to stick with iCandy with twins - but the cost and the lack of space between the two seats has put me off. I know many love it though.

Good luck

I had a Pear in early 2009. Paid around a thousand with carrycots and car seat adapters. You seem to be able to get them second hand in very good condition for a couple of hundred on ebay.

I loved mine for the first 4 - 6 months but got increasingly annoyed by it and there are some design issues with it that are frustrating. I stopped using it by 1 year. People seem happier with the Cherry/Blossom from what I've read on forums.

I got mine on ebay with all extras for £400. I do not love it, but it'll do.

One big drawback is that with the main seats in, there is no room in the basket. Well there is some but it has to be the width of an envelope and I have to ask my three year old to get stuff out again as her arm can fit throught he gap. That is a major major pain.

I was sure I wanted that kind of style but when we went to the sho and tried them out, I fell in love with the out and about nipper 360. So easy to push and I can do it one handed so can hold dd's hand. Also not too expensive.

If you have a bigger budget, the mountain buggy is supposed to be fab and you can have a double carrycot too.
