Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone knew where I could go for some Chinese New Year celebration-type things in North London now that Oriental City is closed . I know that there are things to see in Chinatown in Central London but I don't really want to go that far in with my super curious & I-like-to-run-off toddler.

Also would appreciate any suggestions for a good place to eat (as we used to love eating at the food court of OC).

TIA

I posted a similar question in Days Out, but as response wasn't overwhelming was going to post the same question here.
I'm thinking about going to Trafalgar Square but worried about crowds. Will definitely go for dim sum somewhere nice though.
