I’m currently adjusting to life as a one income household. I’ve set up all of my bills/ direct debits to go out on payday. I also immediately transfer £400 to my Monzo account and this is My good budget for me and ds(14). I also transfer £150 to a separate pot for petrol.
this leaves me with £1000 as disposable income however it’s not truly disposable as it has to cover clothes, birthdays Christmas etc, as well as any fun- days out, holidays.
does this seem tight?
