Scottish and English multicultural?

My wife is English and I’m a Scot, we live in the highlands of Scotland and travel down to Devon a for two weeks every so often to visit my wife’s relatives.
Whenever we travel I notice completely different ways of life, cultural differences, lifestyle differences etc. The parallels created a big reality check at first.
My wife has said so many times that since moving here she has noticed how different both countries are culturally and has sort of assimilated herself into Scottish cultures and life.😂
Would any of you say that it would be beneficial to our little ones for their mother to teach them about their English background as well as Scottish? We are a very traditional highland family, and my wife’s family come from a large South East town (more like a city), but all now live in Devon.

I think learning both is a lovely idea. What the differences are...i'm not too sure. I know that Boris Johnston is the opposite of the Scottish psych 😄- but I read that's the same all over the uk.
