Does anyone have any recipes that I could try for my partner??? I've made and mastered 4 already but just need some inspiration. Any ideas would be great. Thank you :) x

Thank you, I've tried these sites. I was after more of names of things to try. Any recommendations of things that might be easier to try so I'm not outta my depth. X

Oh ok. My background is Caribbean so i only know of jollof rice which is lovely.

Ok :). I love jollof rice, I love making it. It's so yummy. My kids love okra and eba. X

Hiya, I borrowed a book from the library, Hibiscus by Lopè Ariyo, had some nice Nigerian recipes for moin moin, chin chin, fish soup with baobab etc. I'm not an expert by any means but it was a good introduction for me :)

ifIwasinvisiblewaitIalreadyam · 09/01/2018 09:43

Oooo thank you @Lawdavmercy I'll have to find that one :). XxX
