curried goat recipie?

Hi,

Does anyone have a good tried and tested recipie for curried goat? My dp and I both love it, he's taught me stewed chicken/ fish rice and peas but he's not sure how to make curried goat himself.
It's a dish we both love and I'd really like to be able to surprise him one day
