Eczema: How do mixed race children experience it?

I noticed, at the dermatologist recently, that most of the children waiting were mixed race or from ethnic minorities. I mentioned this to the dermatologist who agreed, but had no further comment to make. Does anyone know of any research/information on mixed race childrens experience of eczema? It would be so useful to know if there were any features..... anybody got any clues?

Interesting. I had never heard that there was any such connection.
My children are mixed race.
My DD has very mild eczema, but DS doesn't.
I had always assumed that DD inherited from DH, who also has it. (He's not mixed race.)
