Is the entitled to website accurate?

I went on it to see if we are entitled to working tax credits and it said yes.
When I phoned up for the pack the lady went through wages etc and said didnt think we were entitled to anything but would send us the pack "just incase".
I dont know who to believe and dont want to get hopes up.

I have always found it accurate.

I had a few issues with it today!

Have a look on the DWP website. They have a calculator on there. It says if you have a household income of under £58k then you could be entitled to something.
