My husband broke his leg a couple of years ago on a hotel pathway just outside the front door where there was black ice. There was no grit or salt on pathway and no handrail. Lawyer thinks its a good claim but can't say how much we can expect to get.
Has anyone else ever had anything similar or know of anyone and how much money were they able to claim.
