how do I pay this fine?

DP left his car untaxed and got a fine which true to form he never got round to paying. So we got a court summons to which he failed to plead guilty. I need to phone someone up to pay the fine but there's no number on the court summons.

Do I call the magistrates court?

Why are you taking responsibility for this instead of your DP?
