I settled my case using Acas Conciliation over 5 weeks ago and despite my best endeavours to extract the settlement from my ex boss it still isnt forthcoming. So I wrote to the Employment Tribunal to see if they could restore the hearing but found out today that they cant and so now I have to go through hte trouble of suing him in the County Court so it will take more time now. What a flipping farce
