Acourrier has lost my £220 buggy!

they are saying i have to claim it as missing,

but then if i get a refund from them then I will have to give that to the buyer wont I??

So I will have no buggy or money?!

Hang on, you're getting your self into a state. You already have the money from the buyer don't you? So you claim from the courier and refund the buyer then no one is out of pocket. You're not having much luck with parcels are you At least mine turned up

Which courier did you use? Did you check you would be fully covered before sending it - many have restrictions in place. You'll also need to dig out the original purchase receipt for the claim.
