I think Capital One do them.... they do a scheme where you pay approx £200 as a security deposit and then they give you a card..... my view on it was if i had £200 i wouldnt need a credit card!!!

They are a good way of increasing your credit history after bankruptcy!
But to be honest id rather steer clear, have learnt the consequences the hard way! Never again!
